Dp Foods Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at contact@dpfoods.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

2. Refunds

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or replacement for the affected product after verification.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Returns will be initiated within 24 hours of product delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • Email us at contact@dpfoods.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the product and processing your refund.
  • If a replacement is requested, it should be raised within 24 hours of delivery, and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

5. No COD Available

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for our orders.
